Global Inventory Monetisation Fund (1) SP for European Union
In the summer of 2022 in collaboration with Supply @ Me Capital PLC, TradeFlow Capital became Investment Advisor for a specialised Inventory Stock Monetisation Fund program. This Portfolio will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing all (or substantially all) of its assets into Instruments granted to (or issued by or existing in relation to) Stock Companies running Inventory Transactions having an average duration of three to five years. Implementation of the investment strategy may be effected directly by the Portfolio or indirectly, through the use of subsidiary entities (such as any Stock Companies (as the case may be)), in which case references to the Portfolio herein shall be deemed to include reference to such subsidiary entities. Without prejudice to the above, the Portfolio may invest its assets into any other fund or collective investment scheme where such fund or collective investment scheme has an investment programme which is compatible with that of the Portfolio (as determined by the Directors, acting on the advice of the Investment Advisor).
